Steve Mahar is one of the very few Tennis Canada Coach 3 and Club Professional 3 Certified Professionals, who also has a Tennis Canada Coach of the Year Award, Delivers Coaching Certification Courses, and has a Track Record of Top National Junior Player Development while working closely with Tennis Canada's Top International Coaches. His 23 years of Professional experience in Toronto, Halifax, and St. John's is now here for Your Advantage! 

Steve has also taught and/or certified nearly half of all active coaches in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia within the past 6 years as part of his mission to improve the lives of as many people as possible, by ensuring access to high quality instruction.

Private Tennis and Pickleball Lessons are available for 30, 60 or 90 Minute sessions tailored to your needs and goals as a player. Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological training for any level are all on the table for massive improvement and for your success on the court. Specific Doubles Training has also been a popular choice among Steve's Clients.

PRIVATE Rates: 

· Adult Private Lesson (1:1) - $100/hr or $140/ 90 minutes

o $10 discount for all Junior (U18) Lessons

· Semi-Private (2:1) - $110/hr or $150/ 90 minutes

o Split between Participants

o $10 discount for all Junior Lessons

Private Group of 3 or 4 - $120/hr or $160 for 90 minutes

o Split between Participants

Private Group Clinic of 5 – 8 -$25 per player per hour

o Learn or Train together with Friends or Co-workers 

While options for Indoor Tennis may be limited in the South Metro Area, U9 Tennis for Red Ball and Orange Ball (ages 4.5 to 9 years) are right here in your backyard.

Basic racquet skills, agility, coordination, and tactical learning are all available through the SLiCE U9 Tennis Program with Steve and his certified Instructors.

U9 Kids Tennis Rates:

- Rates are charges Per multi-week session (5 or 6 weeks) at a breakdown of $17.5 per hour.
